2.2 Information Products

Digital workshops, e-guides and resource materials designed to educate and empower users on elder law topics.

2.3 Physical Goods

Printed guides, checklists and other familial care materials available for purchase.

3. Site Use

Users must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for each service or product are displayed on our site. Payments are processed securely. Business ID: CR-959618.

5. Scheduling and Changes

To reschedule an advisory session, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates at no extra charge.

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to satisfaction. Our refund procedures differ by offering type:

Advisory Services: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and before service delivery, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. You may also choose to reschedule the consultation.
Information Products: Due to digital access, refunds are granted only for technical issues confirmed by our support team within 14 days of purchase. After delivery, purchases are final.
Physical Goods: Inspect shipments upon arrival. Report damaged items within 5 days for an interaction or refund. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days, subject to shipping conditions. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Care Treaty and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Doha.
